Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered slightly before it arrives. Here is what to do.
- Check the delivery area. Look around the delivery location, including side doors, mailrooms, and porches, and check with anyone at the address who may have accepted the package.
- Allow up to 24 hours. Many packages marked delivered arrive within a day of the scan.
- Open a case with the carrier. UPS has a claims form on its website. USPS offers a Missing Mail Search. The carrier requires the recipient to file the case, so Protide Health cannot open it on your behalf. We can provide proof of shipment on request to support your claim.
- Contact us once the carrier responds. Once your carrier ticket is open and the package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, open a support ticket or email support@protidehealth.com with your order number and the carrier case number. We will review the case and we’ll help make it right.
Still missing after 24 hours? Open a support ticket and include your order number and the carrier case number. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
