Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $199.
- Orders of $199 or less are charged a flat $14.99 shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing times
- We process and ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship on weekends.
- Orders placed and paid in full before 12:00 PM Pacific on a business day typically ship the same or following business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend, or on a holiday ship the next business day. An order placed Friday afternoon usually ships the following Monday.
Delivery times
Most US deliveries arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the order is dispatched. Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays do not affect product stability. Our products are freeze-dried and remain stable in transit for up to two weeks.
