Yes. A free qualified researcher account is required to view our full catalog, access published certificates of analysis, and check out. Registration takes about a minute.
How to create an account
- Go to protidehealth.com/register.
- Enter your name, email address, and a password.
- Select your research entity and research protocol.
- Confirm that you are 21 or older and a qualified researcher or institution representative.
- Submit the form. Qualified accounts will be able to log in right away.
Managing your account
Once logged in, the My Account area lets you view past orders and tracking, update your shipping and billing addresses, and change your password. If you cannot log in on your account, you can reset your password. If you have any trouble, open a support ticket or email support@protidehealth.com.
Note: the help center sign-in is separate from your protidehealth.com account. You only need it to view your support tickets online, and it is not required to place an order or to reply to a ticket by email. See How do I check the status of my ticket?
