Applying a code
You can enter a coupon code in two places: on the cart page before you proceed to checkout, or in the order summary on the checkout page. Either way, the code must be applied before you pay.
On the cart page
- Add your items to the cart and open the cart page.
- Below the shipping section, click Add coupon code.
- Enter the code and click Apply. The coupon and the discount amount appear above the total.
- Click Proceed To Checkout.
Before: on the cart page, the Add coupon code link sits just below the shipping section.
After: once applied, the coupon and discount amount appear above the total, and you can proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page
- In the Order Summary, click Add coupon code directly under the Subtotal.
- Enter the code and click Apply. The discount shows as a Coupon line and the total updates before payment.
Before: in the checkout Order Summary, Add coupon code is directly under the Subtotal.
After: the discount shows as a Coupon line and the total updates before you pay.
On mobile
On a phone, the Order Summary sits below the payment section. Scroll past the credit card details under Payment and you will find Add coupon code in the order summary, just before the Place Order button.
Before: on mobile, scroll past the payment details to the Order Summary. Add coupon code is under the Subtotal, just above the Place Order button.
After: the coupon line and updated total appear in the same place.
Rules
- Codes must be applied before payment. We cannot apply a code or issue a price adjustment once an order is complete.
- One code per order. Codes cannot be stacked with other discount codes. If an item is already on sale, use whichever offer gives you the better total.
- Codes may expire. Check the expiry date on the offer you received.
Code not working?
Make sure it is entered exactly with no spaces and that it has not expired. A valid code never causes a payment to fail. If it still will not apply, open a support ticket or email support@protidehealth.com with the code and we will sort it out.
