Product updates, promotions, and restock alerts are sent to customers who opted in at registration or checkout. To stop receiving them, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. Your preference is updated automatically.
Order emails
Order confirmations, shipping confirmations, and delivery updates are sent for every order regardless of marketing preferences. These are transactional emails and cannot be turned off, since they carry your tracking information.

Not receiving our emails?
Check your spam or promotions folder and add support@protidehealth.com to your contacts. If order emails are still missing three business days after ordering, contact support with your order number.
